Privacy Policy

Brewbaron is made and published by Farnazz Danışmanlık Fizyoterapi Sağlık Spor Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a company registered in Türkiye, which releases its software under the name NovaVertex Technologies. Where data protection law refers to a data controller, that company is it — though in practice there is very little to control, because the app gathers nothing.

Brewbaron saves your business so it is still there when you reopen the app. That save file is written to the app's own private storage on your device and is never uploaded anywhere. It holds game state only:

• Cash in the till, total earnings and the stage your business has reached.
• Which upgrades, stations and managers you have bought, and how many of each.
• The moment you last closed the app, used to work out what accumulated while it was shut.
• Settings such as sound and music volume.

None of this identifies you. No name, email address, phone number, contact list, photo, location, advertising identifier or device identifier is involved at any point.

There is no advertising library in the build, so no adverts are shown and no advertising profile is built from your play. There is no analytics or crash reporting library, so no usage events, session logs or crash traces are gathered or transmitted. There is no billing library, so no payment data exists and nothing in the game can be bought with real money — every upgrade is earned with in-game cash.

Brewbaron also requests no Android runtime permissions whatsoever: not camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or notifications. If something claiming to be Brewbaron asks for a permission, it is not our build.

None. The game runs fully offline and opens no connection to our servers or anyone else's, which is also why the idle earnings are calculated on the device from its own clock rather than fetched from anywhere. Because nothing is sent, nothing can be intercepted, and because nothing is received, no behaviour can be switched on remotely after you install it.

The app itself contains no third-party services. One company is involved anyway, unavoidably: Google, because Brewbaron is distributed through Google Play. When you install or update the app, Google processes that under its own privacy policy and its own agreement with you. What reaches us is the aggregated, anonymous figures shown in the developer console — install counts, ratings, country totals — which cannot be traced back to an individual player.

If a future version of Brewbaron ever includes anything that touches the network, this page will be rewritten before that version is published, and the change will be described plainly rather than added quietly.

Brewbaron is suitable for all ages and is not directed at any particular age group. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either, and there is nothing in the app — no adverts, no chat, no sharing, no outbound links — through which a child could send information anywhere.

If you are a parent or guardian and something appears to behave differently from what is described here, please write to us and we will look into it straight away.

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and under the GDPR and UK GDPR where they apply to you, you have rights to learn whether your personal data is processed, to obtain a copy, to have it corrected or erased, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Those rights need data to act on, and Brewbaron holds none, so there is nothing for us to send, correct or delete on your behalf. If you would like that confirmed in writing for your own records, ask and we will send it.

The local save file is entirely under your control. Clearing the app's data in Android settings resets the business immediately, and uninstalling Brewbaron removes the save along with the app. Neither action needs our involvement, and neither leaves a copy behind, because no copy was ever made.

This page is updated only when the app changes in a way that affects privacy, and the date at the top changes with it. Builds you have already installed keep behaving exactly as they do today.
